Khloe Kardashian Sell Calabasas Mansion For Record Price to Dhar Mann

Khloe Kardashian has decided to part ways with her 9,300-square-foot Calabasas home in a record-setting deal.

According to Variety, Khloe Kardashian bought the mansion in 2014 paying $7.2 million for it at the time. While it was built in 2005 she brought in known interior designers Tommy Clements and Waldo Fernandez to overhaul the property. The interiors are now modern in style with black wood floors and modern-style furnishings.

Earlier this week Kardashian sold the mansion located in Hidden Hills for $15.5 million. That’s by far the most ever paid for a house in the city and also more than double than what she paid for it back in 2014.

The mansion sits on 1.3 acres surrounded by gardens and lawns. It is part of the Estates at the Oaks, a gated community where Kardashian’s sister Kourtney Kardashian still owns a home.

The buyer was the founder of the cosmetics subscription service LiveGlam, Dhar Mann.  Known for more than being a business-man  Mann has a major following on youtube and other social platforms. Mann shared the news on Instagram, where he’d been documenting his house hunt.

Kardashian is not leaving Hidden Hills though as she is trading in the old mansion for a brand new home in the same neighborhood. The developer of the property built two mansions on a three-acre ground. Kardashian’s mother Kris Jenner bought the one next door.
