Netflix to Release Series About the Notre Dame Fire

In April 2019, the Notre Dame fire in Paris was world news. Much of the French cathedral was destroyed. Now, two and a half years later Netflix is releasing a drama series about the event and the trailer is now available to watch.

Fire at Notre Dame

The fierce fire at Notre Dame took place on April 15, 2019. Images of the fire are still fresh in the minds of many people worldwide. It seemed that the fire had broken out in the middle of the roof of the century-old cathedral, and the roof then also partially collapsed. Some four hundred firefighters worked tooth and nail to save the cathedral, and thanks to them, the entire building was not destroyed.

Notre Dame, la part du feu

The French drama series called Notre Dame, la part du feu tells the fictionalized story of people who experienced the evening and night of the fire up close. It focuses mainly on some of the firefighters who got tremendously close to the fire. We also follow other characters who find themselves along the sidelines and face their own challenges.
