Travelling in 2022? Check Out the Safest Places in the World

With the world slowly but surely opening back up after the COVID pandemic, many of us have our eyes on a bit of travel once again. However, it feels more important than ever to make the right choice when it comes to our next travel destinations. With that in mind, you might want to look for somewhere that comes with a reputation for being safe and secure. Where are some of the most highly rated places to visit in 2022 that rank high for both quality and tourist safety?

Sweden

Seen by many as one of the jewels of Europe, Sweden makes a tremendous travel destination for various reasons. We highly recommend a trip to this Scandinavian paradise; it’s a wonderful country. The climate can be challenging if you are used to consistent warmth, but if you wrap up accordingly it can be a wonderful place to visit.

It is a wonderful country for culture and for architecture, too, so you can enjoy city stays in amazing cities like Malmo with ease. It has a generally friendly feeling, too, which can be wonderful for getting people to feel welcome. Out of all of the tourist destinations that we have in mind, though, Sweden might be among the more expensive jaunts.

If you don’t mind wrapping up and paying a little bit more for day-to-day goods, start here. Sweden makes an excellent country to visit, especially for that long-awaited jaunt abroad.

Canada

If you prefer to go to an English-speaking nation, then Canada is the place to go for a safe trip in 2022. It is a wonderful nation that has managed to be very safe and courteous to its tourists for years. If you are still concerned about the COVID pandemic, then they had a very strong record of handling the pandemic with seriousness and maturity.

It is a great place to visit for those who want a friendly country that opens its arms, broadly, to tourists and visitors. You can choose from places like Toronto, Vancouver, and Edmonton to list just three pretty special cities to come and visit.

Australia

Of course, you might prefer to go somewhere with a warmer climate than the above two options. Australia might be the longest airtime trip for most reading this, but it is a special place to come and visit. While some might question how parts of the nation handled the pandemic, in the post-COVID environment the country is opening back up and proposing some tremendous travel experiences.

It is a great nation for cuisine, culture, seeing various cities, and enjoying the wonderful nightlife. Of course, just about every part of coastal Australia has some amazing beaches to offer, too, making a trip here feel even more delightful.

So, which of the three above safe nations will you look to try out as your first post-pandemic trip abroad?
